Hi, I'm on the low FODMAP diet too. I love your recipe, it sounds yummy - but are we allowed to eat walnuts, pecans and hazelnuts? I thought we were only allowed blanched almonds and possibly pistachios.

Hi Angy,
If you have a sensitivity to nuts then I would recommend substituting the blanched almonds or omitting the nuts altogether. As for me personally, nuts in moderation seem to be OK so I'm not that careful about avoiding them.
